BE PRESENT

I THINK…...

I believe the life is all about karma. It’s that subtle thread that ties together the seemingly random moments of our lives. Sometimes, things that seem like accidents actually have a deeper meaning if we take a moment to think about them. Being fully present helps us see these connections more clearly. It reminds us that every meeting, every question, and every discovery helps us understand ourselves and the world better. You need to be present in the moment and just wait.

My roles in this life,

I am a son, brother, husband, father, professor and a physician. I like teaching and preaching. Love everything about technology and gadgets. A fitness enthusiast.

My Story

MYSELF

Hello. I’m Dr. Praveen Kumar Hoskote.

I am an Ayurvedic physician and serve as a Professor in the Department of Rachana Shareera (Ayurvedic Anatomy). My journey in Ayurveda began with my graduation in 2005, followed by an MD in 2009, and later a PhD.

As I delved deeper into understanding the human body, I discovered that just knowing the anatomy wasn’t enough. My curiosity took me on a journey into Sanskrit, the language of ancient wisdom, and Clinical Psychology, which explores the workings of the human mind. I pursued Master’s degrees in both fields purely for the love of learning.

Today, I’m diving into the fascinating connection between Ayurveda, anatomy, psychology, and philosophy. It’s amazing how each field offers a unique lens through which to view life, and they often come together in unexpected and intriguing ways.

This is a space where I think about the connections we make, share ideas, and keep exploring the body, mind, and the principles that make up our lives.
